Sherri Deroche received her Bachelor of Music in violin performance at University of Southern Maine. She was a student of Almita Vamos at the University of Minnesota. Sherri has taught independently in the LaGrange area for a number of years. She was invited to join the faculty of the Western Springs School of Talent Education after taking the Suzuki Pedagogy training with Edward Kreitman at the school. As a performer, Sherri is half of the duo Ten Strings together with her husband, guitarist Jason Deroche.
